Hi, I’m Nicola. You’re very welcome here.

You’re tired of not being believed, of not being heard. You’re scared and feel like no-one understands. It feels like you’re in a world not designed for you. You might be struggling to eat, can’t sleep, maybe you keep thinking or remembering things over and over and can’t get them out of your head. You want to rebuild your confidence, work on your relationships, and find a new life that works for you. Talking about it might help you feel less alone..

Some clients come to psychotherapy with a clear idea of what they want to talk about and what they want to get out of psychotherapy. Others feel confused or maybe have a feeling of general discontentment but can’t quite pin down why. However you’re feeling, and whatever you’re coming to discuss, you’re welcome to be you. Together we will explore what it’s like to be you, make sense of what’s going on, and help you become the person you want to be.
