Who I am
Following working in people related roles for 16 years, I realised that I have a passion for accompanying people through the most challenging times in life. Really listening is special and providing ongoing support even more so. In 2022 this led me to begin my training to become a psychotherapist.
Since then I have gained a certificate in counselling skills from the CPCAB and am three years through my MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy.
As an integrative psychotherapist in training with two years’ experience counselling clients, I use a mixture of ways to work with you, adapting to each client. I tend to focus on your past including your childhood to understand how you became the person you are now. I also look at who you are in the present, and who you want to be in the future. We work together to get you to where you want to be.
I have a special interest in working with the mental health impact of women’s health. This includes endometriosis, fibroids, menopause, and the impact of fighting the health system to be heard.
I also have a focus on clients who attending independent schools and boarding schools.
I have experience working with a wide range of clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, imposter syndrome, burnout, and low self esteem.
I am a LGBTQ+ affirmative psychotherapist in training with experience counselling people who are ace, demi, bi, pan, lesbian, gay, questioning or curious about their sexuality and who want to explore it more, as well as people in open relationships. I have also previously had training with Gendered Intelligence.
We work at your pace for as few or as many sessions as you want, at £55 per session.
I offer a free 15 minute initial consultation when you get in touch.
