About me

My training includes trauma-informed and body-based practices to enable exploration of experiences and understand how your experiences are impacting you.

I welcome, and have experience working with, people of different cultures, ages, religions, genders, sexual orientations, and have experience working with ADHD.

I’m a UKCP trainee psychotherapist, currently completing my MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy.

I understand that some clients come to psychotherapy with a clear idea of what they want to talk about and what they want to get out of psychotherapy. Others might feel confused or maybe have a feeling of general discontentment but can’t quite pin down why.

However you’re feeling, and whatever you’re coming to discuss, you’re welcome to be you. Together we’ll explore what it’s like to be you, make sense of what’s going on, and help you become the person you want to be.

I have over seventeen years working in wellbeing which led me to train as a psychotherapist. During my time practicing psychotherapy I have volunteered at a Women’s Centre and in low cost online psychotherapy services, as well as having my own private practice. I am currently completing a Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy at Metanoia Institute and am a trainee with the UKCP. I have an enhanced clear criminal record check from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
